Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am divorced and we recently sold the maritial home. Our divorce says we split all proceeds 50/50. We have received a refund from the mortage company as we overpaid the payoff when we sold the house. My ex is refusing to divide this even though the check is in both names and says he will take me to court... He wanted me to move out and agreed in the divorce that he would assume the mortgage and then we split the proceeds equally once we sold it because I put cash down when we built it. This is clearly written in the divorce as I wanted to avoid just this. We have no children. Does he have any grounds to take me to court?

Hello madam, No he can't do so. Actually you have rights to sue him if court has passed an order if he is not paying the amount then it amounts to contempt of court order you have good case on merits. contact the advocate and issue a legal notice to him. ask him to pay. when Cheque is issued in both the name he is liable to pay.
