Hello

I have been divorced sine June 2002. I gave my wife the house, all the furniture , the car for the sake of our 2 little boys ages 5 1/2 and 3. A few months ago my wife moved in a married man into the house. She has been seeing him for the past year. He is living with he and my 2 boys. i have my kids ove every other weekend (Friday thru Monday)/ I call them everyday. We have joint leagal custody. Recently my wife refused to let them talk to me and is threatening for me never to see them again. What are my legal rights as a father. I am a loving and caring father and she is puuting me thru hell. Please advise me..

Re: Hello

Your parenting time (visitation)with the children remains solid unless a court orders otherwise. If your ex spouse is unreasonably prohibiting your contact and parenting time with the children, then you may wish to consider filing a motion to show cause with the court to rectify the situation. I would suggest keeping a written record of each time you have been denied your time or contact with the children. This should be given to your attorney who will assist you with the matter.
