Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What To Do--Family Law

My wife and I have been living in seperate residents for nearly a year (her choice) Now she is moving to CA with our two young children. She has not wanted to reconcile are differences, yet has not filed for divorce or seperation. She has stated that she will file for divorce once in CA. A. can she legally take our children out of state, and B. what is my best course of action at this point--- as I stated I would like us to reconcile however she does not. Should I file first, or let her make the move to CA and file there? We currently live in IN and were married in NV

Where you married is unimportant. You just need to have lived in Indiana for the past 6 months. Sounds to me that the wife does not want to reconcile, so your choice is do you want to go to California for a divorce or stay in Indiana? You need to call an attorney tomorrow.
