Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Last names

My nephew was born last year and my sister gave him her last name. The biological father did sign the birth certifcate and all the paper work showing that he knew he was the father, about 6 wks ago he wanted a DNA test. All the testing was done at our local court house and it came back 99.9999% that he is the father, now he want to take my sister to court to get the baby's last name changed to his last name, and my sister does not want that, she wants the baby to have her last name, Will he be able to do this? will the court order her to change her name?
