Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

okay me and my fiance are 16 about to be 17

i doubt my family will consent to it.. and with us having one child and expecting another a lot sooner than we hoped

and we were planning on getting married after we got out of highschool anyways

we figured we do it now instead when we turn 17 to make it easier on us having two kids

and i dont think the courts will agree to me being amincipated since im having trouble finding a job atm..granted i will be living with her.. since it will reduce the stress on the both of us and the stress my family is causing me.. and i doubt i can just move in.. since idk how the courts will rule that.. even under our current situation

There is not really a question here, but the court will not emancipate you under these circumstances. The court will only emancipate people under 18 capable of mature decisionmaking, and you have posted no facts which would indicate you are doing that right now.
