Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 yrs. and have a 9 month old son. She has lived with me the entire time weve been together and ive been with my son since his birth. She has no job nor is she in college or doing anything to better her life. I feel like we are parting ways and I want full custody of my son. What are the odds of that happening ?

It depends on who has been more involved in hands on care for that child. If you are serious about this, you ned to spend the money to sit down with a family law attorney in your community who can listen to the entire situation and give you an opinion.
