Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi, my first husband just passed away , we have a daughter together, we divorced in 1972 when she was 2, he moved to tennesses and remarried, support was set back then at 25.00 a week, he made one payment. his second wife died 2 years ago, he was diagnoised with terminal cancer in may of this year on a tuesday and got married on friday to his current wife after knowing her a couple of months, they moved to the state of alabama,my question is can I file for back support against his estate.My daughter got 2 vehicles from his wife and nothing else because she said in the state of alabama everything goes to the spouse, if there is no will.Thanks Dee

I cant say whether your daughter is entitled to anything more from the estate. You can psot something for estates in the Alabama forum. However, I can tell you that it is too late to seek an order for back support.
