Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I live in Indiana. If my son has everything he needs (heat, food, clothes, going to school) and is a happy mentally and physically happy child, can they continue an investigation based solely on failing drug tests? I have no criminal history. I have worked a full time job for the past 6 years. I have my own car house and everything needed to sustain a safe environment.

Yes, they can, just like if they had a report that you were firing a gun in random directions inside you house. Just because he hasn't been hit yet doesn't mean there might not be a reason to worry about the behavior.
