How long do non custodial parents pay child support for a child who is 19 and a freshman in college?

As of July 1, 2012, age 19 is the age of emancipation in Indiana. A separate order establishing payment for educational expenses, if entered before emancipation of the child, can continue even after the child is emancipated for child support. This is the law in a dissolution case; paternity cases are different.
