Moving Spouse Out of House

Can I legally move my wife out of my house. The house is in my name. She is only there to sleep part time & eat part time. She takes no interest in our child of 11. I have told her to get out but she says she doesn't have to.

You can if you have filed for divorce and get an Order from the court or file for a protective order but that requires her being a danger to you.
