Pension Benefit

My ex-wife is living with someone and has now for about 5 yrs or longer, in my diviorce decree I agreed at the time to give her half my pension, unless she married, is she entitled to it living with him?

Married means married. If the Decree/agreement says married, then living together does not matter. She gets the pension.

Times and morals change and it might be time to challenge the general principle that married means married.

Depending on the amount involved you might want to give it a try. If nothing else, you might be able to negotiate an agreed modification.
