Child Support

The father of my daughter left town without saying anything. I had the child support dropped to zero about a year ago. He is still in the system for for child support. I just want to know what can be done. Can he be in trouble for this? Can I sue him for back support? What should I do?

It is unclear what you want to do, I suggest that you contact the local prosecutor's office and talk to the child enforcement division.
