Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

father&I have joint cust.son lived w/gr.ma til wkago win he refused 2 tell her what i overnite mailed to him ($50)under his sisters name cuz she opens mail from me & takes $$ thats 4 him had police remove him&belongings he had to sit @p.station 4 2hrs i live hr 1/2 away.he still has appr.4-5wks school left a soph he wanted to finish yr @his school his dad said he didnt have room wood b inconvienced w/school lives in next town over.his bestfriends mom agrees 2 let him stay 2 finish school.now he thinks that when schools out he doesnt have 2 move w/me excuse is doesnt want to quit dishwashing job, could work in carpet store were i work.since his father ''doesnt have room'' and son has done as he pleased forlast yr. living w/gr.ma now thinks he doesn't have 2 do what i say. i really cant afford a lawyer so that a judge can tell this child he is MY resposibilty til he is 18 i too dont like the fact of changing schools 4 jr. & sr. yr .what can i do??
