Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Posting Wanted posters

I have had a child support order with my ex husband since Dec 29, 2006. Since then I have received a total of 4 payments totaling approximately $270.00. I signed paperwork for contemp charges in April 2008. We had court in Aug 2008 where the judge told him his rights & he was looking at up to a year and then set court again for March 18, 2009. Mon, Mar 16th he called and said he didn't know if he was going to go. Of course...he did not show. My question is, would it be legal for me to print off his picture off of Indiana's Most wanted and put fliers up around the areas where I know that he goes or could I get in legal trouble for that??

Re: Posting Wanted posters

An interpretation of the harrasment statute might be cause for you to have some concern. Additionally, you might want to look to see if there are any local ordinances concerning posting.
