Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Retaining Custody

How would I go about retaining custody of my children with a past suicide attempt? My mother rarely lets me see my children and they are miserable there and it has been 3 1/2 yrs. since the attempt.

Re: Retaining Custody

You need to hire an attorney as you do have a battle on your hands. If you have been fine, completed or are in counseling, and have been stable, there is a good chance that you may be b ale to modify the custody order. If you do not have an attorney please contact me and I will arrange for a meeting with an attorney in South Bend who can help you.
