how do i sign over custody of my child to his mother?with out visitation or child support. right now i am the custodial parent

sir this much information is not enough to reply you? how old is child? whether the child is with his mother ? whether court had passed any order? you have to clear all those things to us kindly provide me all such information.

Sadly, this was obviously sent to an Indiana forum as well as an Indiana forum. Anyways, you and the mother can prepare an agreement that changes custody over to her. She can always establish support later, even if you agree there will be none, and you can do the same with parenting time. You can not give up your parental rights and responsibilities, if that is what you are seeking to do.
