Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Ex wife moved 1,800 miles away to persue love interest. 2 daughters 16 and 17 have been living with me last 14 months. Divorce decree was never modified. Now, 16 year old want to move in with mother. Mother pushing for that too. What can I do to stop it? She was told to fill out an intent to relocate form before she left, but left anyway, leaving children with me.

First answer the question: "Why should I not allow my 16 year old's opinion to be followed?" Any advice given to you would be based on your answer to that question. When Mother files a Motion to Modify, you will need to be ready with such an answer. Of course, if she has legal custody, then YOU need to file such a motion; your post is not clear on that subject.
