Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

FMLA eligibility

I worked for a company for 6 months in IN. I then quit and was rehired by the same company 3 months later in a different city in IN. I have worked there for 10 months and have worked about 1500 hours. Am I eligible for FMLA.

Re: FMLA eligibility

You have exceeded the 1250 hour requirement, but have not yet met the 12-mths. of employment requirement. Although you are given credit for past employment with the same employer (as long as there has not been a break in employment of 5 years or more) you note that you only total 10 months of employment. You are not yet eligible for FMLA leave.
