Extended warranty on 1999 ford expedition

I purchased a Warranty on my veichle. The warranty was good for 2 years or 20,000 miles. The right side cylinder head went bad after 6000 miles of purchase. The warranty company said they will not cover the breakdown do to the fact that the veichle had been repaired before and was not repaired the right way. When I bought the car the dearship did not tell me the veichle was ever repaired. And they told me that the warranty would cover the heads and head gaskets. Is there any thing that I can do about this.

Sue both of them in the the same case in small claims. In other words sue the dealer for misrpresentation and sue the warranty company for breach of contract.
