Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

my friend bought a motorcycle from a dealer, got a loan for it, etc. The dealer called Friday & said it had a lien on it and wants the motorcycle back. They want to keep the bike, what can they do to fight this?

Don't give it back. If they take it, find a lawyer and sue for conversion.
