Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

ok so im in a love triange for10 monthes now. back in May we got caught and my boyfriend filed a (false) police report stating we were friends I wanted more he said no Im married and Ive been stalking them.Instead of just being a man and telling the truth. She took the police report and got a RO against me. She keeps drivng by my housee, calling bugging me so I now filed a RO against her. She is fighting it we go to court 11-6-09. Come to find out she has been filing reports stating Im slashing her tires, keying her car, peaking in her windows, texting her from unknown numbers. Come to find out he still states to her and the police I am stalking him, I have ALOT of proof of our relationship. My question do I need a lawyer for this hearing? How many false reports can they file before the judge does something ? Will the judge hear my proof so I can make him (boyfriend) look like the lieing fool he is ? Ps he works for the county. HELP. I am not planning on keeping this man I just am now keeping him till court when 11-6 is done Im gone. I just feel like I need to clear my name that they are running through the MUD.

I suggest that you contact and hire an attorney. Be prepared to pay a significant retainer as it sounds like there is a good amount of work here. You need subpoenas and a continuance so that you can issue and receive the materials back.
