Township trustee notarized a forged living will and durable power of attorney document conspired with a non-family member to obtain control of our father's assets. She used the documents to make father DNR medical status and he died.

Those are some serious statements that you have made. However, you did not post a question. You may want to complain to the Indiana Attorney General as it sounds like elderly abuse at a minimum. You may also want to contact your local prosecutor as it sounds like there has been some criminal acts that took place.
