Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My business has a website. Someone has begun posting really nasty things about one of my employees on the site. What can I do to stop them?

This is more of a question for your webmaster than for a lawyer. Although, depending on what is said, etc. a protective order, restraining order or slander suit may be possible.
