I signed a contract with my grandfather witnessed and signed by a notary of the public to buy a mobile home from him and have made the payments faithfully and have two more years to pay. now, does he have the right to sell his half of the contract without my permision or signature and do I have the right to say no?

It all depends on whether the contract gives himn the right to do it or not. Take the agreement back to the lawyer who prepared it, and he/she may be able to tell you the answer.
