Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My boyfriend has 2 children with his ex girlfriend. 3 years ago she put a restraining order on him for assaulting her. Just recently, she filed another restraining order against him and got a no contact order for the children. She doesn't want him to be with me and told him as long as he ends things with me she will renege her statement saying that he abused her. However, if he goes back to me she will tell them that he used intimidation to get her to do this. My question is....once she reneges can she claim he used intimidation?

She can claim anything, proving it is another issue.
