Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

personal loan

I loaned a friend some money we wrote an agreement that I would recieve payments every two weeks. So far no payments have been recieved. I have tried to contact the friend but have had no luck. The agreement is signed and dated by both of us. What can I do if no payments are recieved?

Re: personal loan

Your friend has already kissed your friendship goodbye. So sue the person. If the amount of money is within your county's small claims court jurisdiction, file your case there. Contact your county clerk for more information about limits and procedures. Sue the person right away. He (or she) is already in default.
