Can you sue your own lawyer?

Hello, my question is, can I sue my own lawyer? He was paid

up front, months ago, and has failed to keep in contact with

me. I have attempted numerous times to contact him and

always get the run around. I was never notified of when the

last court date was, or even what the verdict was.traffic

That is the url for the Indiana Attorney Disciplinary Commission. I suggest you file your complaint there. And if you want to find out about your case, ask the county clerk to pull the file and let you look at it. Good luck.
