Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana

Someone please help me. I have a half brother same mother who is still in the worst living situation in Africa. I came under my father's asylum status. How can I bring my brother over to the states before it's too late. He is turning 14 this year.

When you are a US citizen and over 21 years of age, you can petition for your brother (and your mother). For a brother of a US citizen, there is a long wait for the priority date to become current (presently, over 8 years).
