Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

Can a website owner remove my name from articles that I wrote, and continue to p

I agreed to a non compensatory arrangement with the owner of a website that is very popular. After leaving the webiste for personal reasons the owner continues to publish my articles but has removed my name as the author. I have requested that either he reinstates my name on each article or remove them from his site. He will not respond. Does he have to give me credit for the article or is he within his rights to publish them without my signature line?

This is actually a loaded question. The bottom line is you may actually have some copyright issues and contractual issues that need to be dealt with legally. Please consult an attorney.
