Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

i have 3 dui's. will i ever be able to become a registered nurse? can i get my dui's off my record?

You will not be able to get them off of your record if they all were in Indiana. You would have to contact the Indiana Dept. of Insurance to determine what their regulations are. I do know that they offer an impaired nurses program for those who are already registered, so I would think that they would be receptive to your situation.
