Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I am an independent contractor working for a medical transcription company. I never received a signed copy of my contract by the company I am working for. Are the terms of that contract still enforced since I never received my signed copy of it from my employer?

oral contracts are fine in this situation. However, why dont you ask for a copy? Also, they are not your employer if you are an independent contractor.
