Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

My girlfriend has been living with me for four months. In that time she has only paid me 180 dollars. 80 the first month, then 100 recently. I recently found out she was cheating on me and I want her to leave. I am the mortgage holder of the house. I purchased it last year. What rights does she have as far as being able to stay without my say?

Absent an agreement that has been violated concerning rental payments, you will need to give her a 30 day notice and then file for eviction if she has not left.
