Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

when we first move in our apartment we rented from one prperty managment company on a one year lease 9 months ago. since then the owners of the property switch to two different property management compaines. we have no written agreement with the new property managment company. do we comply with the policies of the new company that we have no written agreement or the old company that we do have a written agreement with?

Assuming that the lease is between you and the owner, the written lease governs.
