If your damages are substantial it sounds that you may have a malpractice case. However,. malpractice cases are very difficult, time consuming and expensive to litigate. Therefore your damages have to be quite significant in order to pursue such a case. How has his treatment caused a change in your life? Are you in daily pain? Does it effect blood supply? Do you need corrective surgery in order to return to normalcy? . What effect(s) does his mistake have on your life other than you may need corrective surgery? How is your life different now as compared to before the surgery? What was the surgery for?
