Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

I got pregnant after I had Essure procedure done. Is this a medical malpractice?

Generally no. Our supreme court has determined that children, even unwanted ones are considered to be a blessing and therefore there are no damages. If the child ends up being abnormal, heaven forbid, you might have a cause of action.
