Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

If a medical facility seems to have repeated issues with their physicians prescirbing meds to patients who are allergic to those meds, Can you sue the facility and not just the doctor?

Possibly. However, you in all likelihood have to go through the Medical Review Panel before you can sue in court. Additionally, you are only entitled to one damage award, so whether you get it from just the doctor or the doctor and facility may not actually matter. Also, if the doctor is an agent for the facility and committed malpractice, you may already have a claim against the medical facility.
