Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

If the fbi has false defamatory information in its files concerning me, is it actionable for a defamation claim, the way a private party would be, or does it have some sort of government agency exemption?

Most govt agencies have some form of immunity. You would need to speak with an attorney about the specifics and of course the next question is how have you been damaged? good luck.
