Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

i was just fired from my truck driving job due to having a accident..there was no one else involved , just me...the truck has8 drive tires and they were all about wore out. i hydroplaned during rain, jackknifed,went thru a guard rail before coming to a stop...i was only going about 40-45 mph.. what are my right, can I sue for faulty/unsafe equipment?

Your rights are restricted to workers compensation if you were injured. Otherwise you have no rights unless you had a contract that provides for some rights, the ocmpany has a firing policy that was violated or you are part of a union.
