Your mother can seek compensation for the fair value of the services you perform for her. It is very important for you to realize that your mother has only two years from the date of the accident to bring a law suit for these and her other damages! Please don't allow the two years to expire without getting a suit on file for her!

You cannot seek compensation directly for your lost time as only your mother can file a suit. However, there are indirect ways for you to be compensated. You need to contact and hire an attorney as soon as possible since it almost two years since the accident. Be sure to have all of her medical records, bills and police report available .
