Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I have been working for a company who owns rental properties. They pay me cash weekly. I was injured working on one of their houses and can not work for 2 months. Can I go after their home owners insurance since they don't offer any workmans comp and I will not have any income for 2 months
