Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I live in Indiana and I have a dog with an invisible fence that is being accused of running through her fence and attacking another dog. There are no witnesses except the accuser and no other instances within a year of living here where she has ever went through her fence. The accuser is trying to take me to court for vet bills. Do they have a case or is it their word versus ours?
