Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

i have tripped and broken my arm on a a sidewalk that is raised from a tree root. I have called the city for years to have this fixed. do i have any leagal standing agaisnt the city?

Possibly. However, you better hire an attorney immediately as there may be a very short tort notice period that must be met.
