Legal Question in Product Liability in Indiana

Patent, copyright protection

I have a product that I want an outside manufacture to develop a quote for production. However, I want to protect myself by instablishing a legel document stating that the manufacture can not remake nor give any information relating to my design and details. What form do I need to use and is there an on line form I can use?

This is a complicated area of the law. A form will not do. You have invested a lot of time and effort in developing your product. You should invest a few dollars and hire an attorney.
