2 sisters are givin a house by their parents,1 sister was already freeloading from the parents.her husband and 3 children also the plan was to seperate the top and bottom so the other sister could move in however upon inspection it was discovered that while the first sister liveing their had some one lay carpet which they nailed down thru the water lines under the floorcaused alot of damage leaveing the upstairs un liveable now said sister did not pay the taxes due and has not gotten ins as promissed how do i get her out and sell the house collect rent what can i do!!!!!!!! please help me
