Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

apartment payment

I signed changed in resident addeundum, but I didn't sign on definition annex to apartment lease. Previoue resident signed on the definition annex to apartment lease which is indicated that lease end date is July 31, 2009. I plan to move out the apartment around May 28, 2009. The leasing office staff told me that I have to pay the apartment rent payment until end of July 2009 because I signed on change in resident addendum. I want to make sure that I need to pay apartment rent payment until May or July 2009? Thanks for your time and help.

Re: apartment payment

You need to have an attorney reveiw the document. I can not decipher exactly what you are trying to say.

Re: apartment payment

You need to have a lawyer actually look at the paperwork. No competent attorney will try to advise you of your rights based upon a summary of what you think documents say.
