Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

continuance/discovery

What can I do about a continance granted to a third party when we were not asked if the new hearing date was agreeable to us--we are representing ourselves. Also how do I go about finding out who the plantiff might call to testify and what kind of evidence they have against us?

You need to get a different date if the one obtained is not a good one for you. Regarding the materials you are seeking, go to the Indiana Judiciary Web Site and look at Trial Rules 26 - 37.
