Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My father purchase a soc ity flte in 1982 I am a nomini I have one brother and two sister I have paid all dues of society flat My brother and sister give me a N.O.C. for house mutation from M.C.D.. Society has change the flate of my name . Shaer certificate is change my name MCD record in My name I apply the free hold the flate in DDA. Then my question is now my brother and sister members claim the flate or no. I dont know Inglish but I try sory.
