Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Permanent and Temporary Residence

I am about to purchase a lake lot. In a list of subdivision covenants from 1946, I discovered this'' No garage, tent, automobile, trailer, or other vehicle shall be used for or as a residence, either permanent or temporary. '' We intend to occasionally, on the weekend, camp on the lot staying in our RV. Would this be in violation of the covenant, or would we be merely visiting ?
