property access
what is the law in the state of Indiana
concerning a shared driveway and
keeping it open so I can have
access to the back of my property.
My property line runs down the
center of the drive. what is the law
concerning this problem I cannot
get the people that rent the
adjoining property to cooperate.

If it is the only access that you have, you have waht is known as an easement and rights to use the driveway. You should have a lawyer send a letter to the owner of the property.
