roof leak not disclosed to me at time of sale

Bought a house 3 yrs. ago. Roof leaks. Owner did not disclose at time of sale. He later admitted to me that it always leaked. Roofer knew it leaked and admitted it. $2,000 to fix it. Who should pay?

That is a link to the Indiana disclosure law. If the seller failed to disclose the roof leak, he should reimburse you for most, if not all, of the repair costs. Read the statute. There are several types of sellers who are exempt from disclosure requirements. Good luck.
